Our Journey

1992

Our story began in Mandi Gobindgarh with one steam hammer and a few lathes. The early years were modest but deeply formative. Every forging was made by hand, every order fulfilled with care, and every customer relationship built on trust. Those first contracts, often small in quantity, were the foundation for the discipline and precision that still define us today.

2000

After years of consistent quality and timely delivery, we earned approvals from NTPC and CLW. This was more than an achievement; it was an opening into larger, more demanding projects where the stakes were higher and the tolerances tighter. These approvals marked the beginning of our journey into national-level partnerships.

2006

With the demand for our work growing, we commissioned a new plant. The additional steam hammers and lathes gave us more capacity, but what truly changed was the confidence to take on projects of greater complexity. Every expansion was carefully planned to ensure that growth never came at the expense of quality.

2007

This year brought a turning point. We established our own in-house laboratory and modern heat treatment facilities. Having these capabilities under our roof meant we could control every stage of production with greater accuracy. We also received API certification, a recognition of our ability to meet stringent global standards.

2012

The machine shop expanded again, this time with geared lathes capable of handling larger and more intricate components. This was a quiet but important milestone, as it gave us the ability to serve industries requiring heavier, more complex forgings.

2019

We introduced a 12-tonne mobile manipulator to improve the handling of large forgings, expanded our CNC machining capabilities, and installed a SCADA-controlled normalising furnace with a 100-tonne capacity. These investments brought speed, efficiency, and even greater consistency to our work.

2020

Installed the largest open die hydraulic hammer of its time. This was not just an addition to our equipment list; it was a leap in our ability to produce large, high-integrity forgings for critical applications.

2022

We opened our new head office in Mohali. More than just an administrative move, it was a step towards a modern, well-connected corporate base that reflects our growth and readiness for the future.

2023

Recognised as a well-known forging company. This formal recognition was a quiet affirmation of decades of steady work, earned trust, and the relationships we have built across industries.

2024

We installed a Kaeser pneumatic hammer with a rail bound manipulator, expanded the machine shop to a total of 22 geared lathes, and introduced advanced automatic hardening and tempering heat treatment systems. These upgrades have strengthened our capacity, improved precision, and ensured that we remain equipped for the demands of the years ahead.
